New product at VIV Utrecht
A new air cleaning concept for reducing fine particulates, odour and endotoxins
Inno+ is the Dutch market leader in air washing, climate control and sustainable energy for poultry and pig farming. Inno+ will introduce a new air cleaning concept based on dry dust filtration during the VIV exhibition in Utrecht. This product is primarily of interest to poultry farmers who only want to reduce dust emissions. The new dust filtration system removes up to 99% of all fine particulates from the air extracted from poultry barns.

The new dust filtration system from Inno+ operates optimally in poultry barns where the ventilation air is extracted to the outside via a single central duct. A specially developed dust filter with a high air flow rate is positioned in front of the fans. This ensures that the air extracted from inside the barn, which contains fine particulates, passes through the filter pack. Measurements show that the new dust filtration system from Inno+ filters up to 99% of all fine particulates (PM 10 and PM 2.5) out of the air extracted from the barn. The dust filters, which have been specially designed for poultry farming by Inno+, are hemispherical in shape. This design increases the surface area available for dust filtration and ensures that the cleaning mechanism operates at peak efficiency. The dust filtration system is equipped with an automatic cleaning system in order to guarantee consistent ventilation performance. This system uses compressed air to clean the filter 4 to 12 times daily. In addition, the filters are made from a polyester material that can be cleaned effectively with water.
Inno+ Heat Recovery from dust filtration systems
Chickens generate a great deal of heat. This heat is extracted from your barn every day together with the ventilation air. Users of the Inno+ dust filtration system can use their dust filtration system in combination with a heat recovery concept. Following dust filtration, fans draw the warm barn air through specially designed heat exchangers. The heat exchangers are then used to transfer the heat recovered from the barn air to the incoming supply of fresh air. The heat recovery system from Inno+ is suitable for poultry farmers in areas with cold winters or cold nights. Furthermore, by heating the fresh air flowing into the barn, they can mitigate temperature fluctuations, drafts and damp inside the barn. The health of the animals improves as a result, and they can reduce their feed and energy costs.
